I have been in the fitness industry for over ten years and I also hold a black belt in the martial art of Taekwondo. It’s not all about the physical exercise but it has a lot to do with mental discipline that leads to physical discipline & helps an individual accomplish their set goals.
I have a passion for helping clients to achieve their goals and take on holistic approach in doing so. I make the sessions fun yet challenging for the clients to achieves their goals and catered to every individual need with intelligent training and nutrition solutions for every client’s lifestyle.
