I’ve been a personal trainer for 3 years and I am used to having a wide variety of clients each with a number of personal goals. These range from substantial fat loss, muscle gain and training for specific sporting events. I’m passionate about health and fitness, offering customised gym & nutrition packages for clients and achieving some amazing results. For example, I’m proud of being an integral part of a client’s training for their recent 24-hour charity row.
