Experience & Philosophy

I am passionate about nutrition, fitness and health. For the past seven years I have dedicated my life to fitness and sport. Initially competing in the junior and novice bodybuilding competition at the age 16, I achieved 3 rd place.

At school I excelled across several sports including track racing, cross country and rugby.

I am dedicated to helping people achieve their goals. No goal is to big or small to give 100% When training with me, you will not only see fast results but gain fundamental skill and knowledge to continue building a healthy lifestyle.
