My motivation, support and encouragement has no limits. I am a fun, bubbly and extremely outgoing individual who is eager to share her knowledge. I love working with people and thrive on assisting my clients to reach and exceed their fitness goals. I have a strong background in dance and have several years experience in teaching and performing professionally, I have gained excellent motivation, self-discipline and determination over the years and have applied these attributes into my career as a Personal Trainer.

I create custom-made programmes tailored to suit the lifestyles and goals of each of my clients, no two programmes are the same. I pride myself in keeping my programmes fun, motivating and full of variety. I will provide guidance and knowledge that will make a noticeable difference to your training sessions and will offer you the support you need to keep you on track.
