Experience & Philosophy
I focus intently and treat each client differently, recognising that, what works for one person mat not work for another. I believe that all health and fitness goals are achievable and can be reached through hard, smart training and determination.
I have been and still practice Muay Thai for over 20 years and often implement aspects of the sport into my training sessions.
I have experience working with clients of different ages and level of fitness and know all health and fitness is rooted in a proper and solid foundation of core strength and muscular flexibility, as these traits affect other areas of fitness such as cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength.
