My name is Laura and my mission as a Personal Trainer is to have an impact on as many of my clients’ lives as possible through Exercise & Nutrition.

Health & Fitness is my passion and lifestyle. I have a strong background in CrossFit & Bodybuilding which has helped me develop a wide knowledge in strength and muscle gain aspects.

I am a very positive, encouraging, high-spirited individual who believe that every goal is achievable with determination, commitment and the adequate training programme.
