Hello my name is Michal Wochna. Coming from a kickboxing K1 Muay Thai background I can help you get in shape for a fight or just everyday life. I specialise in fat loss as well as strength and endurance.
I was training in Thailand for 6 months living in a Muay Thai camp competing as well as actively training to perfect my skills.
I have a passion for health and fitness as well as Martial Arts so have experience in changing your body as well as tailoring your nutritional needs to your goals.
