About me

I’m a highly motivated and driven Personal Trainer with a passion for health and fitness. After struggling with my own weight I discovered Running and the Gym, then I fell in love with the feeling of exercise and its effects and results. In total I lost 3 and a half stone, but this was not an overnight result, this required hard work, discipline and patience!!!!! A true believer in hard work and dedication, I have firsthand experience in the journey and thrive on helping others achieve their goal, I will be with you every step of the way to help encourage and support you throughout.
