HI, My Name is Sophie and I am part of the Strength Smith Coaching Team
As someone who is extremely passionate about fitness and strength training myself, I understand and resonate with the importance of motivation and accountability.
Having struggled with body imagine for most of my life I aim to help other people recognise the mental and physical benefits acquired through altering thought processes and chasing measurable adaptations.
Strength Smith wants to help you shift your focus to performance and tangible progress. Sessions will be focused around creating a sharing and open client/trainer relationship whereby concerns, queries and questions will be openly expressed and invited
We range from introducing beginners to the compound lifts and other weight loss /muscle building focused training to taking intermediate lifters with experience to the next level with carefully constructed programming to help you on the way to reaching your potential.
Tailored to you and flexible to your schedule you can receive face to face PT sessions to master form and technique or go it alone with guidance from a personalised online style programme format – with a plethora of packages available from beginner bodybuilding to primed for powerlifting – if you need it? We can do it.
I also provide calorie and macro specific meal plans for performance, improvement of body composition and general health/wellbeing
