I came from a background of semi-professional football and that is where my passion for fitness began. I knew that my strengths were cardiovascular fitness so I worked consistently on maintaining healthy diet habits and improving my performance-based fitness.
Due to an ankle injury which has since kept me out of competitive sport, I have spent the past 3 years applying science and development of improving Muscle Hypertrophy and Strength. I currently combine these types of fitness methods my training, as I strive to be the best athlete I can be.
Fitness has had such an incredible impact on my life. I feel focused and determined to achieve my personal goals and I would love to help you find your passion for fitness and motivate you to achieve your best self, physically and mentally.
