When I first stepped into a gym, I couldn’t have possibly imagined myself being a personal trainer only three years later. Over these three years, fitness has influenced my life in ways I could never have possibly imagined. It has had more impact on my confidence than anything else in life, and through consistent hard work, shown me the importance of self-discipline in achieving my goals. It would be a great disservice not to apply my motivation for fitness, bodybuilding and strength training, inspiring new people to embark on their own journeys of mental and physical self-improvement.
