Health and fitness has always been my main passion, having participated in many sports since the age of six, including rugby, football, and tennis competitively. I later began weight lifting when I first started university, alongside my sporting practice.

I studied sport psychology, exercise physiology, and biomechanics as part of my degree, and focused on the kinetics of movement in my dissertation. My training philosophy comprises a holistic approach, heavily emphasising the scientific principles which enable optimal performance, never compromising and always working to improve these aspects.

Prior to personal training I worked as a rugby coach, meaning I am qualified to train both teams and individuals from a variety of backgrounds. I am highly motivated to achieve the best results I possibly can, with my knowledge and experience allowing me to maximise my client’s potential, specifically suiting their individual needs and aims. I dedicate myself to my client’s fitness journeys, supporting them every step of the way, with tailored training and nutrition programs.
