After nearly a decade pursuing a career in Chemistry and Nanotechnology, I turned to a life in sports and exercise and try to apply the same attention to detail and creativity to Personal Training and Sports Therapy.
The decision to leave the research environment was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make! It was only with the immeasurable support from friends and family and guidance from a key life coach, that my transition into Personal Training became possible. My hope is to provide the same kind of support and encouragement I received for my clients, in order to help them achieve their goals.
I try to provide a supportive and encouraging training environment with the occasional enthusiastic crack of the whip. We’ll work closely together to develop training programmes that work for you and focus on establishing long term, sustainable training and lifestyle habits.
