As a personal trainer I am dedicated to helping both men and women reach their ideal body weight and shape. Up till I was about 21 I was extremely unfit, overweight and considered regular exercise to be a chore, so I know firsthand that it is not easy motivating yourself to exercise, especially when you’re starting out and the results come slow.
I am here to motivate you all the way and personally see to it that you reach your goals!
