The most important aspect in my work is to motivate my clients to the full. A personalised approach with care from myself and trust between us is important for me. The main areas we would work on include changing your body for the long term, whether that would be losing weight or gaining muscle.
With our 1-2-1 training, I will design you a plan over a block of sessions and devise an individualised nutrition program. Using my knowledge as a 6 x UKBFF Bikini model competitor, I will work closely with you to improve all aspects of your training and focus on your personal goals.
Outside the gym, I work with families to improve their lifestyle choices and I am looking to use this experience outside the gym to benefit my clients at Buzz.
