I initially began my fitness journey, after suffering a major footballing injury, with the aim to build muscle and improve my overall body confidence. This journey reignited my passion for fitness and led to me becoming a qualified Personal Trainer (and subsequently quitting my job as an Electrician).

I believe by combining my fitness expertise with your discipline and commitment, not only can we achieve your physical goals, but also improve your confidence and overall mental health along the way!
