From a child as far as I can remember I used to participate at school sport activities as a sprinter. Growing up I played football, basketball and tennis.
Before joining a gym I used to run a lot on the beach and bodyweight exercises at home like push ups, triceps dips and squats. With all of these combined it gave me the aspiration to join the gym as it contained everything I needed. I joined the gym in 2012 and been training consistently from then.
In all honestly from my personal experience joining the gmy was the best decision I ever made. Overall, from healthy eating and having good health, from skinny to muscular I gained a massive increase in confidence (physically & mentally). Making friends as the atmosphere is always amazing, felt like a second home.
