I have been involved in sport and exercise my entire life, either competing or coaching in various sports from school to top-level. Playing sports got me into the gym to get bigger, stronger and faster. This led me to the realm of strength and conditioning as well as personal training, gaining my BSc from Winchester University and REPs accredited Personal Training qualification along the way.
