I have always felt that exercise and performance should go hand in hand , with 8 years in the fitness industry, half of
that in management on the gym floor and the other as a fitness professional , I have been fortunate enough to observe and learn what works and what doesn’t when it comes to exercise.

While a big variable for people is to look good , this can have a knock-on effect on health & performance for example
mobility , a strength decrease , or a decrease in muscular endurance and or cardio. My aim for my clients is to improve on all aspects of fitness and still look great doing it.

The passion I have for health and fitness has cemented where I want to be and ever more so every time, I see one of my client’s progress.
