Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavour. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.

My journey to fitness was never a straight shot and through this I have had to learn to embrace change and transformation.  From my own history of weight challenges, spinal & hip injuries on to over 8 yrs Bodybuilding, Figure Competition training, and now Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach, I have gained the insights, skills, knowledge, and wisdom to gently guide you to your best self and the freedom to enjoy your life to its fullest potential.  Our lives, our bodies are what we decide to make them.  What can we do in THIS moment – each small choice ripples into the reality of our future ‘ideal’ self. My passion is to help you celebrate movement and to make you fall in love with fitness and discover how it will transform you inside and out to lead a more productive, confident, and happy life.

My holistic approach to health, fitness and lifestyle will work with your unique strengths and challenges to develop an individualized training and nutrition program to fit your personal goals and needs.  You’ll find me on the gym floor most days – come by and say hello and let’s have a chat!
