I have recently passed my Level 2 qualification in Fitness Instructing and am currently working towards my Level 3 in Personal Training. I’ve always enjoyed exercise and I’ve always been interested in fitness, I spent two years at college doing sport and exercise science course. Playing football regularly helped me to enjoy exercise and being outside. After going through a rough patch at school, I gained a little weight and playing football became harder. I took up running and it really helped me both physically and mentally, as well as this, I became really motivated in fitness and keeping myself healthy. The gym has been a blessing for me, I love being in the gym and have so much fun in there and can really see the mental and physical benefits.

My passion and goal is to help people, in whatever way I can, whether its feeling comfortable in a gym environment , gaining more confidence or just finding enjoyment when working out. I want to help people see and feel the benefits of exercise and just feel good about themselves and have a smile on their face whilst doing it.

I listen to and collect vinyl records and I have a record player.
