Health and fitness has been in my life for over 20 years as I trained from a young age with The Royal Ballet and then studied/ performed as a professional dancer.
Since leaving the industry, I have been highly invested in my own health and fitness journey and I will be dedicated to helping you on yours.
I have a huge passion for nutrition and helping people build healthier relationships with food.
