I have 12+ years coaching experience and my expertise are in boxing/kickboxing, strength & conditioning and nutrition.
I believe it is important to take care of the body in order to sustain a long and healthy quality life.
The human body is truly a fascinating machine and with this said we have the potential to be and do whatever we put our minds to.
