I’ve been interested in fitness from a very young age, ever since then, I’ve always wanted to pursue different variations of fitness and exercise. I never intend to stop expanding my knowledge. I believe that there are a lot of obstacles to overcome in life and it has not been an easy journey, but I’m truly passionate about making a difference in your life. After struggling with my own mental and physical health – in order to make the desired progress I wanted to see a few years back I worked 1-2-1 with a couple of personal trainers to learn what it takes to push your body and embrace changes. This enormously boosted my confidence and changed my outlook on fitness. It massively inspired me to become a personal trainer and help make a difference in peoples lives. I wanted to become better and the best version of myself and help others do the same. It doesn’t happen over night but you can learn to be confident and comfortable with yourself and to love your body. Don’t settle for anything less as you can always achieve more.
