I have been passionate about sport my whole life and have always been involved in fitness. Playing football from a young age eventually led me to the gym where my passion for training took over. I used to train as a footballer and now also have years of experience training in the gym and learning about nutrition.
I can help you improve athletic performance, increase strength and muscle mass or lose fat whilst teaching you about training and nutrition. As well as training you, I develop your knowledge so that you can improve both mentally and physically, understand what you are doing and get more from it.
By helping you improve in the gym, whatever your goals, my training can also have a great impact outside of the gym whether it be in competitive sport, mindset, lifestyle, productivity or mental well- being.
