Two classes. One epic workout – Join us for Class Mash-Up Day! We’re blending two of your favourite styles into one 30-minute taster — think HIIT + Yoga, Boxing + Core, or something completely wild. No booking, just turn up and try something new!

National Fitness Day – Powered by YOU, the Buzz community – This National Fitness Day, we’re celebrating every lift, every mile, every goal smashed over the years. Expect gym challenges, gym-vs-gym showdowns, special classes, and plenty of giveaways. Come be part of the story!

THURSDAY 18th
Training’s better together – Bring your bestie, partner, or gym buddy for FREE. Take on our pairs challenge, smash a class, or hit the gym floor together. One day only — who’s your plus one?
