  • Buzz Pump

    A high-energy class focussed on improving overall body composition through the use of barbells, plates, and bodyweight movements. This total body workout will push you to your limits and leave you with that unbeatable post-workout pump.

  • Beginners Lifting Club

    Learn to lift with our qualified Coaches who will teach you the ins and outs of lifting. This class is based on technique and form. If it is your first time with this style of training or you are an experienced lifter who needs a refresh on technique this is the class for you!

    Working in pairs using gloves and pads Boxing is a high tempo, intense cardio workout. Learn boxing technique and combinations just like the pros. Bring your own gloves and pads when possible and get a good workout in!
