About me

I have been involved with professional sport for the last 17 years, 6 years as a professional rugby coach and 11 years as a Development Officer for England Rugby. As a professional coach I have in-depth knowledge and practice in preparing players physically to achieve their peak performance.

I have a passion for helping people to achieve their goals and help them stay motivated on their wellbeing journey (especially, but not exclusively, those over the age 40). I am passionate whatever your goals may be i.e. lose/gain weight, tone, perform better, or maybe adopt a healthier lifestyle.

About me

I have always loved all kinds of sport and have a great passion for keeping fit. I have gone from someone who would barely go in a gym, (let alone touch any of the weights!) to someone who feels confident going into any area of the gym. I want you to feel confident enough to be able to use any part of the gym!

I currently play for Royal Wootton Bassett Hockey Club and am starting my second season as Captain for the Ladies 3XI. My team ranges from 13-71 years old so I have experience training and getting the best out of people, no matter what their age is! I have a great understanding of my players and will form the same understanding of my clients!

Whatever your goal is, I’ll help you reach that simply because I love sharing my knowledge of fitness with people to help them get to where they want to be. About me

I discovered my passion for fitness at the early age of 15, and then started my own personal fitness/health journey. Due to being overweight my self as a child, I learnt from my own experiences to be able to help others. I explored all different areas of fitness such as endurance, cardiovascular, spin, weightlifting, CrossFit, powerlifting and bodybuilding. Whilst developing my skill set into these different areas of fitness I found a passion for strength training and decided to focus more on this including powerlifting. This is where my passion lays. I successfully competed in powerlifting competitions, where I qualified to represent TEAM GB in the European Championships in France, (Nancy) and then at the world championships in Hungary. This is one of my biggest achievements to date, and I am looking forward to delving into more competitions in the future. I focus my training goals to incorporate functionality, strength, performance and overall an increased performance of my overall health.
