I have always had a passion of how the human body operates. Having studied medical physiology, I had an exceptional opportunity to study the complex anatomy and detailed function of the human body in both health and disease. Playing sports from an early age, I know what it takes to an optimum level and it reflects in my training philosophy of how I train and how I train my clients.
I fuse together elements of contemporary sports performance concepts, innovative strength and conditioning, modern injury prevention techniques and sports science interventions to offer an unrivalled performance enhancement service.
