I am former competitive track athlete and martial artist.
Sports and fitness is my passion and purpose in life, and I believe its about more then training. Its about mind set, its about behavioural patterns, its about focus, its about believing you can and pushing your limits, until you’re stronger than your strongest excuses.
My purpose is in empowering individuals such as yourself, making you realise and achieve your own fitness and wellbeing goals with training and motivation personalised to you and your fitness journeys and goals.
I understand that everyone is an individual and therefore all my sessions are.
