I strongly believe that you enjoying or not what you are doing in the gym is what separates you from getting or not the results you want and deserve.
As emotional beings we are moved by our emotions, and our energy increases or decreases based on the emotion we feel. So from that we can understand how crucial it is how training makes us feel. Does it make you feel good? Is it challenging? Is it stimulating? Is it fun?
We all know how exercise is beneficial to us, both mentally and physically, so we might as well enjoy it.
