THE COURSE
The Buzz Gym PT Academy is a 10 week course combining:
Four hours of face-to-face learning at Buzz Gym each week
Flexible online learning
Practical, in-club experience
Support from experienced fitness professionals
The skills needed to develop your Personal Training career
Could Buzz Gym Fund Your Course?
For selected students, Buzz Gym may cover the full £1,200 course fee.
In return, funded students commit to working with Buzz Gym for 3 x five hour shifts per week throughout the 10 week course. These practical hours give you the opportunity to develop your skills in a real gym environment, work alongside the Buzz team and gain valuable industry experience.
That means you could complete the course with:
- No course fees to pay
- 48 hours of face-to-face learning
- 180 hours of practical experience with Buzz Gym
- Flexible online study
- Real experience in a busy, professional gym
Funded places are limited and offered following an application and suitability assessment. Applicants must be able to commit to the full 10 weeks, including the weekly on-site learning and five practical hours 3 times a week. Location would be either our Reading Central or Reading East site.

Pay for Your Course
Secure your place for the launch-offer price of £1,200, normally £1,500. Staged payments at £400 a month for 3 months also available.
Apply for a Buzz-Funded Place
Apply to have your full course fee covered in exchange for completing five practical hours with Buzz Gym each week during the course.
Your Weekly Commitment
The academy runs for 10 weeks. Each week, you should allow time for:
- Four hours of on-site learning
- Online study and coursework
- An additional 3 x five hour shifts with Buzz Gym if you receive a funded place
We will explain the timetable, expectations and full terms before you accept your place.
