With over a decade of experience in exercise science and a background competing in various martial arts and combat sports, ultra-endurance events, and strongman competitions, I understand what it takes to push past limits. My approach combines proven training methods with a focus on mindset, helping clients build both the physical and mental foundations to reach their goals and live the life they’re called to.
At FILO, we specialise in mobility, strength, and conditioning for combat sports athletes. However, our experience spans all clients—men and women, ages 12 to 94, world champions to those with disabilities. We meet you wherever you are, and tailor our approach to your goals, abilities, and personal challenges.
Our 3-Step Process:
Step 1 – Consultation (Free): Assess your starting point, goals, and any obstacles you’re facing. “You can’t hit a target you can’t see.”
Step 2 – Aim: Break goals down into manageable steps. “Don’t worry about the whole mountain—just focus on your next step.”
Step 3 – Implementation: Put knowledge into action. “The purpose of knowledge is action, not knowledge.”
