I’m Eli, a passionate Fitness & Mindset Transformation Coach with over 10 years of experience helping individuals build strong bodies and powerful minds.

My journey includes in-person and online coaching, group training, and a few years of hands-on experience working as a Physiotherapy Technician, where I supported patients recovering from complex neurological conditions through rehabilitation. Having faced my own life challenges first-hand, I understand the physical and emotional strength it takes to rebuild your best version.

That’s what led me to coach through a holistic lens, blending strength training and mindset work for long-term wellbeing.
