My name is Paulo Ricardo, I am Brazilian from the state of Mato Grosso do Sul – MS.

With over 7 years of fitness experience developing programs for individuals and small groups.

I have lived in Swindon since 2018.

I have a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul.
I hold Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer certificates.

Fitness has always been my passion. I had great difficulty gaining weight from a young age.
Therefore, I started following a diet plan and going to gyms. From then on, the gym became a passion.

And now I’m here offering you the opportunity to achieve your goals with all my university experience and the knowledge acquired over these years.

With a serious and experienced professional, you will be impressed by the results obtained.

Jay Bayley

Hi, I’m Jay. I’m a personal trainer at Buzz Gym Swindon, and I help people improve their body composition by losing fat and building muscle. My focus is on making training rewarding and enjoyable, because that’s what drives long-term progress.

My passion for training started at 15, and I’ve since competed multiple times in powerlifting, including British Nationals. I’m now working towards my first bodybuilding show in 2026.

Gracie Arnold

Hi, I’m Gracie – a personal trainer at Buzz Gym Swindon. I have been in the fitness industry for over 4 years with a background in powerlifting and current ambitions to compete in bikini bodybuilding.

My coaching blends strength, muscle development and aesthetics. I don’t just focus on the scales – I help clients achieve a strong, sculpted physique through resistance training and structured programming that supports real, lasting results.

Steph Bent

I have played football at a high level for several years for clubs like West Ham and Oxford United and currently Swindon..
I have worked in a private psychological trauma clinic working 1-2-1 with people who struggle severely with mental health and that is what has inspired me to become a life coach along side personal training. I have seen firsthand the physical and psychological affects exercise has.

I will be your personal coach. I will motivate, support and hold you accountable daily so you stay on track, create new habits that will only at value to your lifestyle.

Hello there, 
An interesting fact about me was that when I was a teenager I used to be pretty overweight and I was bullied in school for it, trust me I’ve been there, done that and got the T-shirt…….literally. So I know what it feels like to feel uncomfortable with a body I’m not entirely proud of. But one day I decided to change that as scary as it was. I was down 35kg in just 5 months, looking thinner and healthier and I’ve never looked back since. 4 years later I put on that weight in muscle mass and now a qualified Personal Trainer. I’m excited to share my experience with you!
