I became a personal trainer to do two things – firstly, to help others improve their lives, wellbeing and overall health; secondly, to do something I enjoy! I am passionate about fitness and exercise, and I want to spread that passion to others.
I am a type one diabetic and have utilised my knowledge of fitness to adapt rapidly to improve my health and longevity, and I want to be able to help YOU progress and reach YOUR goals through fitness the same way I did myself. Most importantly I have a positive outlook on everything, keeping my energy at 100%, and giving YOU 100% of that energy.
