I started going to the gym as a teenager after struggling with severe posture issues—forward head posture, kyphosis, lordosis, pelvic tilt, plantar fasciitis, and chronic lower back pain. I spent thousands on private healthcare, seeing everyone from rheumatologists and orthopaedic surgeons to physios, all in search of a quick fix.

What I learned is that there is no shortcut. Real change takes time, months, even years. Along the way, I gained invaluable rehab techniques and corrective exercises that I now share with my clients, saving them both time and money.

Hey I’m Yasmin, I strongly believe that fitness really does change your life. Whether your goal is to lose fat, grow muscle or improve your athleticism. I’m with you all the way and will give you the right guidance and constant motivation to help you reach your goals. Through my experience at the gym I know what it feels like to feel lost and not know exactly how to train but I am confident I can help you reach your goals.

As your PT I will ensure that we cover fitness as a whole, from training to sleep and also nutrition habits. I will support you throughout your whole journey. As we train together we will focus on your goals and building your confidence and I will be here to motivate you and push you.

As an aspiring footballer having experience through playing at academy and county level, I bring a understanding of the dedication, discipline, and physical demands required to excel in sports and in life in general.

My passion lies in helping people of all levels unlock their full potential, pushing boundaries, and achieving their performance goals. I am extremely passionate about fitness and I really believe that with the right support and guidance anything is possible.

For as long as I can remember I’ve used exercise as a clutch to manage my mental health and how chaotic life can be, so I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.

I emphasise with how challenging it can be to start the gym and want to assist  and women wanting to make a positive change, but anxious or unsure on how to start. Whether that’s weightlifting, fat loss or just general healthiness, I’m more than happy and qualified to help.

My goals for working at Buzz Gym are to the make the gym a more accessible, friendly place where people can fall in love with exercise suited to them and healthy habits.

My name is Paulo Ricardo, I am Brazilian from the state of Mato Grosso do Sul – MS.

With over 7 years of fitness experience developing programs for individuals and small groups.

I have lived in Swindon since 2018.

I have a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul.
I hold Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer certificates.

Fitness has always been my passion. I had great difficulty gaining weight from a young age.
Therefore, I started following a diet plan and going to gyms. From then on, the gym became a passion.
