After years of yo-yo dieting, I finally cracked the code in my forties: discovering that lifting and nourishing myself properly – not restricting – was the key to transforming my body.
With a background in education, I understand how people learn and create real, lasting change. I use this knowledge to empower you to understand your body, build confidence, and develop habits that truly stick, not just follow another plan.
