Since 2019, I’ve helped hundreds of Buzz Gym members build strength, lose fat, and transform their habits — with sustainable results that last beyond the gym. 

I specialise in tailored personal training for busy professionals, students, and anyone looking to make long-term changes without wasting time. Every session is structured, challenging, and designed around your goals — whether that’s improving body composition, boosting performance, or simply feeling confident and in control of your health. 

With a background in nutrition and a track record in both endurance performance and research, I offer more than just workouts. You’ll get integrated support across training, nutrition, and lifestyle — so you stay motivated, consistent, and accountable.

INTERESTING FACT

I’m an ultrarunner and have completed a 24 hour 100-mile endurance race — so I know what it takes to push mental limits.
