Hey, I’m Sam
My main aim is to show people how to have fun with fitness while still achieving their goals.
It seems like recently gym culture has become “if you’re not hating it then you’re not doing it right”. For me, that’s so wrong, as it was my love for training that drove me to become a PT.
I teach people to have good technique, form and knowledge of training. I do this while keeping sessions fun and making sure it doesn’t feel like a chore to come to the gym.
From wanting to fit into a new dress for Christmas to skiing pain free, passing the Air Force fitness test to refuelling motivation that was once lost, mastering compound lifts or even just general fitness.

One FREE taster session

Personal training
One to one
One hour long at a time and day that suits you best. A session tailored towards your goals with bad jokes sprinkled in between sets
Two to one
Much like personal training, bring a friend, family or whoever you can put up with for an hour, so you’re not just stuck with me

Nutrition
Weekly check-ins to keep you on track and accountable. Not just chicken and rice. Food that you enjoy and a plan that works for you

Taking the thinking out of how to progress in the gym. Whether it’s general fitness and improving health, building muscle or focusing on getting stronger. Walk in with a plan, confident and no secondguessing
