With over five years of hands-on gym experience, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding every side of training, from building muscle and strength to achieving sustainable fat loss. I’ve used myself as my own experiment, testing countless training styles, nutrition strategies and supplements to find what truly works. Everything I coach is based on real experience, not guesswork.

My motto is simple: be 1% better than yesterday. The gym isn’t just a rush to lose weight or change your body; it’s a place where small, consistent improvements can transform your entire life. Fitness is more than a goal-it’s a lifestyle that builds confidence, discipline and self-belief.
