ABOUT ME
Hi — I’m a footballer-turned-PT who takes results seriously.
Sport has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, with football quickly becoming my thing. I earned a football scholarship in the United States, where I won back-to-back All-Conference awards, before coming back to the UK to play semi-professionally for Didcot Town and Thame United.
While my background is in high-level sport, I work with real people who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident — without being shouted at (unless you want me to) or made to feel awkward in the gym. Training should be challenging, supportive, and yes… sometimes fun!
I specialise in athletic performance, but every program is tailored to you — your goals, your lifestyle, and your starting point. Expect clear plans, honest encouragement, a few laughs along the way, and consistent support both in and out of the gym.
