Every new member can book a Complimentary gym induction with one of our friendly team.
We’ll:
Show you how to use equipment safely
Build a simple workout plan tailored to you
Help you feel comfortable in the space
Answer anything (even the “silly” questions—they’re not!)
Think of it as your gym shortcut—no guessing, no confusion.
Complimentary Inductions
We also offer access to Personal Trainers in-gym who are there to help you get started.
Every new member has benefits from a complimentary PT session as well.
