Bailey Stowell

Hello, I’m Bailey Stowell, a Level 3 Personal Trainer at Buzz Gym. For the past two years, I have gained valuable experience across various locations, including Wycombe, Oxford, and Reading. I have a deep passion for football and sports overall, having been physically active for the last 12 years. I am dedicated to assisting individuals in transforming their lifestyles, whether it’s through weight loss, muscle gain, or enhancing fitness levels. My primary aim is to help you achieve your personal goals!

Anish Mehan

I’m a Qualified Level 2 & 3 Personal Trainer with a focus on bodybuilding, weight loss, and strength training. I also hold a Level 4 Nutrition Coaching qualification.

I’ve helped numerous clients achieve their fitness goals by creating personalised plans for weight loss, muscle gain, and overall health & wellness.

Having transformed my own body – from 86kg to a lean 75kg in 9 months – I understand the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy lifestyle, especially after starting my career in a sedentary corporate role. My goal is to help clients feel their best through tailored exercise and nutrition strategies.

Emma Norrington

Over the last six years as a coach I have constantly evolved and challenged my own learning.

In turn using that knowledge to educate my clients to get them the results they desire.

Although I specialise in Olympic lifting and functional training, I will always look at lifestyle as a whole.
Work, home life and mental health, all play a significant part of your fitness journey as does flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance work in the gym.

I’m a people person who not only works with clients who want to get fit and strong. But also clients going through injuries and women going through menopause.

I love fitness and what it can do for the mind and body. Put the two together and you find a personal trainer who is easy to get along with, who will coach, motivate and push you towards your goals, no matter how big or small.
