I have been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for the last 7 years. My objective is to inspire people to achieve their own personal goal by sharpening my knowledge with them, offering personalised training plans, online challenges, training videos and tips which I share on my personal Instagram and Facebook profiles. I am passionate about healthy wellbeing and balanced lifestyle, and a passionate believer that I can motivate and help clients reach their full body and mind potential.

I have a love for weights training, but my latest interest is to incorporate functional movement, breathing, mobility and strength all in one. I have total respect for what the human body and mind could achieve if we put the work in and look after ourselves.

I work with people from all age groups, gender and nationalities and I enjoy the diversity and challenges which every day brings. Seeing my clients feeling and moving better is one of my biggest rewords.

Hi, I am Gabby – your Club Manager of Buzz gym Reading.

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for nearly a decade, and eight of those years at Buzz Gym, its my second (sometimes first) home, haha.

In those years I’ve had the pleasure of training countless people and helping them to change their lives for the better, be it to lose weight, improve health or build muscle.

I believe that any successful transformation, relies on three things : Nutrition, Training and Mindset.

Adam Stowell

Responsible for day to day management of the gym facilities. Adam is an advanced exercise specialist and holds numerous nutrition and fitness qualifications of. Adam has researched greatly into innovative training techniques and, as a result, has advised for Woman & Home and Metro magazines, and is featured regularly on local radio stations Adam has strategically set out to re-design the standard budget gym concept with a fresh approach to members, by zoning Buzz gyms into four key areas.
