Hi there! My name is Laura and my mission as a Personal Trainer is to have an impact on as many of my clients’ lives as possible through Exercise & Nutrition.

I am very passionate about nutrition and the science behind it as I truly believe that training and nutrition must go hand in hand to ultimately achieve the RESULTS you seek.

A little bit about myself out of the fitness context, I love meditation, exploring and understanding the mind, MINDSET is everything! I am an energetic and social person so you will see me often on the gym floor talking to everyone
