Emma Norrington

Over the last six years as a coach I have constantly evolved and challenged my own learning.

In turn using that knowledge to educate my clients to get them the results they desire.

Although I specialise in Olympic lifting and functional training, I will always look at lifestyle as a whole.
Work, home life and mental health, all play a significant part of your fitness journey as does flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance work in the gym.

I’m a people person who not only works with clients who want to get fit and strong. But also clients going through injuries and women going through menopause.

I love fitness and what it can do for the mind and body. Put the two together and you find a personal trainer who is easy to get along with, who will coach, motivate and push you towards your goals, no matter how big or small.

Nathan Cook

Hi, I’m Nathan. I’ve been interested in the gym since I was 14 starting out with calisthenics and then moving into bodybuilding at 16. I’ve struggled with my body image over the years and have been a variety of sizes. I’m a big advocate that going to the gym helps with your mental well-being. I’ve recently join buzz gym as a personal trainer and hope to build my career from here. If you’re interested in being coached by me, feel free to pop me a message.

Connor Lewis

Hi I’m Connor, I’m a personal trainer and ultra runner (farthest distance achieved 100km)

my aim is to help as many runners navigate themselves through the gym as possible, I’ve had great success taking some of my in-person clients through marathons and ultramarathons as well as starting people out on their running journey from scratch and building up to distances upwards of 10km

Although running is a sport primarily done outside the gym the benefits of doing resistance training for running are massive (this is why all professional runners train in the gym) everything from bone density to soft tissue health to power output (directly leading to faster times) can be gained in the gym

If you have any small questions I don’t mind answering them free of charge, get in touch and I’ll get back to you when I can.

Push people to their optimum level and really aim to help you reach your targets. I specialise in boxing and pad work training I feel this is a great way not only to improve your general fitness but also self-defence. I also do functional training, core conditioning, body weight and weight training, I’m very diverse in terms of what I do and how I train clients as I believe in making the sessions tough but enjoyable and combining all these different methods of training to make it enjoyable but also very specific to your goals.

Whatever your goals are whether it’s losing weight gaining muscle mass or learning something new, look no further and contact me to start your new journey to success achieving your targets.

Sam Kelly

Hey, I’m Sam

My main aim is to show people how to have fun with fitness while still achieving their goals.

It seems like recently gym culture has become “if you’re not hating it then you’re not doing it right”. For me that’s so wrong, as it was my love for training that drove me to become a PT.

I teach people to have good technique, form and knowledge of training. I do this while keeping sessions fun and making sure it doesn’t feel like a chore to come to the gym.

From wanting to fit into a new dress for Christmas to skiing pain free, passing the air force fitness test to refueling motivation that was once lost, mastering compound lifts or even just general fitness.

Whatever your goal is I’d love to help you achieve it, message/email me via my details below or find me in the gym for a chat

I look forward to meeting you all
