I now work with a range of clients on a 1-2-1, online & group basis to guide them to achieve incredible body transformations, boost confidence and increase knowledge in and out of the gym.

My mission is to motivate and teach you how to build a body, mindset and lifestyle that they are proud of.

Connor Lewis

Hi I’m Connor, I’m a personal trainer and ultra runner (farthest distance achieved 100km)

my aim is to help as many runners navigate themselves through the gym as possible, I’ve had great success taking some of my in-person clients through marathons and ultramarathons as well as starting people out on their running journey from scratch and building up to distances upwards of 10km

Although running is a sport primarily done outside the gym the benefits of doing resistance training for running are massive (this is why all professional runners train in the gym) everything from bone density to soft tissue health to power output (directly leading to faster times) can be gained in the gym

Hello everyone, I’m John!

My love for fitness, health and calisthenics began at an early age because I needed to become healthier, and I wanted to be proud of my body.

In the last 5 years I have developed and learnt many strength and calisthenics skills within the gym and outside the gym.

I specialize in strength training, core stability, muscular development, calisthenics skills, fat loss and body building.

As a coach I am in a position where I will make sure that you will succeed, and that I will help you with all aspects of training, you will have my support and my motivation, and you will improve your lifestyle and I will assure you that you achieve your goals and the body you want.

Hey, I’m Sam

My main aim is to show people how to have fun with fitness while still achieving their goals.

It seems like recently gym culture has become “if you’re not hating it then you’re not doing it right”. For me that’s so wrong, as it was my love for training that drove me to become a PT.

I teach people to have good technique, form and knowledge of training. I do this while keeping sessions fun and making sure it doesn’t feel like a chore to come to the gym.

From wanting to fit into a new dress for Christmas to skiing pain free, passing the air force fitness test to refueling motivation that was once lost, mastering compound lifts or even just general fitness.

Heya, I’m Em.  

I’m here to help you through the mental jungle  called ‘The gym’  

I want to motivate you and make the gym your  second home and not a chore to come to. I used to be scared of the gym myself and I  know now it’s not the scariest place on earth! 

I have been into fitness for 10 years now,  playing Netball since I was 8 for Croft and  being on all teams at school from gymnastics,  basketball, football, cross country and so  many more. 

With that I now want to share my love and  passion for sports and fitness by training  everyone, no matter age, gender or disability. 

So when you’re in buzz and if you see me at  the front, don’t hesitate to come say hi!
