Hi, I’m Rosie — an IFBB Bikini Pro, hand balancer, contortionist, and ex-GB gymnast, passionate about helping people transform their bodies, confidence, and relationship with movement.

I specialise in strength training, functional strength, flexibility, mobility, yoga, and handstand development,
combining high-level athletic experience with evidence-based coaching in a supportive, personalised way.

I work with people of all abilities, from complete beginners taking their first steps into fitness to advanced athletes looking to refine performance, improve mobility, or achieve body transformation goals, whether that’s weight loss, weight gain or building muscle. My focus is always on creating sustainable training that develops both physical capability and long-term confidence.

Movement has shaped my life in every way, and I’m passionate about helping others discover what their bodies are truly capable of in a way that feels empowering, enjoyable, and achievable.

Hi I’m George. I’m a qualified level 3 personal trainer. After studying business at Portsmouth University, I turned my passion for fitness into a career. I’m a keen competitor in events such as Turf Games, Gymrace, Athx ect! Therefore I train regularly myself and know exactly how it feels to push through tough moments when training. My goal is to help you build confidence, strength and lasting results while keeping every session challenging, supportive and fun!

Nathaniel has over 10 years’ experience within the health and fitness industry. His passion for gym-based training began within sports, such as football, tennis, rugby, athletics, swimming and more, which he took part in and enjoyed, learning that regular gym-based training helped not just improve overall health, but performance in sports and everyday living, and there on be life changing.

I’m a body transformation coach with over fourteen years of experience having worked across many gyms and private studios in Wales, Sydney and London.

My love of strength training and combat sports (and, probably too much pizza) from a young age kick-started a passion and curiosity for continuously improving my knowledge of the human body, and how it works. Hayley Osborne

I am passionate about helping clients achieve and surpass their goals using a holistic approach.

I bring with me vast experience as a dancer and performer. I’m also a meditation teacher and massage therapist. Through my knowledge and experience, I can help clients with their mind-body connection to better utilise and improve it, therefore helping them surpass their goals faster.

I also bring knowledge on women’s health and training within your cycle’s needs. This is something that can be easily overlooked when training, and I like to help women better understand their bodies and adapt where needed without guilt.

Alfie Thomas Buckley

I’m a mixed-race Personal Trainer with a background in ballet and dance, which shaped my focus on movement, mobility, and control — not just lifting heavy weights.

I’ve played football through school, college and university, competed in events like HYROX and Tough Mudder, and stepped into competitive boxing. My training blends combat sports, endurance challenges, strongman-inspired work, and athletic development.

I specialise in mobility, compound strength, and calisthenics. I help clients lose weight and build muscle — but we train for performance and athleticism, not bodybuilding.

I work with a diverse range of clients, from older adults to younger, slimmer individuals, including those with disabilities. All programmes are fully adaptable.

I offer 1-1 PT, online coaching, diet plans, and classes including spin, core, boxing, track & field, and HYROX prep.

I also provide a free consultation and short PT session to assess your goals, ability, and any challenges — so we build the right plan from day one.
