As a Personal Trainer, I can only do a small portion of the work for you but I am here to help support you with your share of the deal too. Your goal is our goal and together, we will achieve it. I am here to help, teach and support you in all areas whether that be diet, exercise or discipline.

My passion for health and fitness started when I was 9 years old, and I began to play football. Moving forward 8 years, I then knew that fitness was the path which I wanted to take myself down after leaving school, so I started my qualifications and still now, the qualifications are still growing. My main love for the job is the impact I can have on someone’s lifestyle changes by offering my knowledge and expertise. Seeing great results being achieved by all my clients is the reason I have such great job satisfaction.

I stared my fitness journey almost 20 years ago. Over the course of time I became fanatical about training, which led me to become Personal Trainer 12 years ago.

As a Fitness Professional, I have a passion to educate my clients using all my extended knowledge about how to get into the best shape without giving up on all the things they love and how to become stronger through fitness & healthy lifestyle choices. It was my enthusiasm, determination and motivation for fitness that led me to compete in the WBFF and Miami Pro, which proved to me that anyone, including you, can push through obstacles in life.

And this is what I provide for my clients, a belief that through discipline, motivation and determination, they too can achieve success in their fitness journey, regardless of their age, and experience.

I have been training in various sports since the age of 12. In my opinion, discipline, confidence and fitness are at the forefront of successful outcomes. I come from a background where I was involved in many activities from Tae Kwon Do, Football, Basketball, Roller skating and fitness/gym. I’ve been around the fitness industry for many years and I decided to become a PT. I’ve worked and trained in a few different gyms and learned a lot to improve myself and knowledge.

I believe that everyone should believe that they are strong weather it’s physical or mental. Going to the gym is all about making that 1st step and is getting to the gym and from there you just build.

We range from introducing beginners to the compound lifts and other weight loss /muscle building focused training to taking intermediate lifters with experience to the next level with carefully constructed programming to help you on the way to reaching your potential.

Tailored to you and flexible to your schedule you can receive face to face PT sessions to master form and technique or go it alone with guidance from a personalized online style programme format – with a plethora of packages available from beginner bodybuilding to primed for powerlifting – if you need it? We can do it.

I also provide calorie and macro specific meal plans for performance, improvement of body composition and general health/wellbeing
